Some strawberries, a little Swiss ... nothing more simple than this dessert recipe to enjoy from 9 months.


  • 50 g strawberries
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 1 small-swiss
  • 1 C. coffee powdered sugar


Wash and cut strawberries. Place in a saucepan and cook covered for 5 minutes over low heat. Mix them with the mint leaf and the caster sugar. Pour into a ramekin and reserve in a cool place. When serving, whip the petit-suisse and add the strawberry puree. Serve alone or with a crumbled biscuit.
